The company is licensed to do business in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington DC, and West Virginia. Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. Capital Mortgage is approved to do business with over 90 lenders nationwide; this allows the company to offer mortgage programs for commercial or residential properties to consumers with A+ through D credit ratings.
